J.Lo Spoils New Boyfriend with a New Truck on His Birthday

Jennifer Lopez’s new beau turned 25 last week, and we all know what that means: a celebration to remember! People Magazine reported that the 43-year-old actress and recording artist purchased her new boyfriend, Casper Smart, a customized Dodge Ram pick-up truck.

In addition to the new set of wheels, J.Lo planned a “fun day” to celebrate his b-day. On the special day, she tweeted in excitement, “Beau has a birthday we’re so glad we hope it’s the happiest Birthday Beau ever has!” #singingtweet. HAPPY BIRTHDAY BEAR!!!” According People, Smart used the car to drive himself and the American Idol judge to dinner at an Italian restaurant in West Hollywood. A photo of the drive to the restaurant in the new truck captures J.Lo flashing a big smile; smart looks happy, too.

Reactions on the web were mixed about J.Lo’s big gift-giving heart. Some fans protested that she shouldn’t want a guy who depends on her for money. While other fans said she should be doing what makes her happy. Lopez was first seen with Smart in fall of last year, shortly after her split with husband Marc Anthony. Her latest new video, “Dance Again,” features the artist dancing with her new man.
