Jonathan Ansell to Star in Whistle Down the Wind

Jonathan, who was the star of X Factor three years ago, has been recently cast in Bill Ken Wright’s production of Tim Rice’s and Andrew Lloyd Weber’s production of Whistle Down the Wind. The production will open on January 20, 2010.Ansell, who has just released his second album called “forever”, has been on a nationwide tour. The story is about a lady named Swallow, who finds a man in her barn. When she questions the man about who he is he replies by saying that he is “Jesus Christ”. In order to protect the man from the town’s folk, Swallow gets help from the town’s children. The plot thickens when the people search for a man who has escaped from prison.Whistle Down the Wind is an upbeat modern production, with songs like “No Matter What” by Boyzone, which was an international hit in the UK. The play is an uplifting tale about children, love, courage, and their belief in what is true.
